I bought 4 ropes. The first was short by 11 feet. This woman is incredibly rude and insisted it was me not the rope. I am a landscape designer so I know how to take accurate measurements. She sent some extra strands to make up the shortfall. Fast forward a couple of months and I'm onto my next projects. Both of the others fell short by many feet so I don't have enough to make my plant holders. No refund as apparently I can only do that within a month. Incredibly disappointed and have had nothing but annoying interactions with this incredibly rude lady. Beware...her ropes fall short by many feet!
