Treasure Dust Mini Skeins - Hand Dyed Superwash Merino Wool Sparkle fingering weight yarn w/Nylon and Stellina, Variegated, Tonal, Speckled

Treasure Dust Minis are the same beautiful hand dyed yarn as Treasure Dust Fingering, only in a mini skein!   It is made up of four plies of superwash merino wool/nylon and spun with a ply of stellina for a soft, durable yarn with sparkle.  The extrafine merino wool makes this yarn luxuriously soft and bouncy for next to skin comfort. A little nylon is added for extra durability and 10% silver stellina for lots of sparkle.

This yarn is so versatile and can be used for any next to skin project (scarves, cowls, etc.) as well as items where a little more durability is required such as socks and gloves. Treasure Dust Minis knit up beautifully with many color combinations to make colorful shawls, socks with pizzaz or even striped hats or mittens! Choose from variegated, semi solid, and speckled that are dyed in a myriad of colors. Make sure to pick up a few skeins for your next knitting, crocheting or weaving project!

Recommended Needle Size: US 1-6 needles
Gauge (stocking stitch): 28sts x 36 rows over 10cm/4 inches
on US 3 needles

Care Instructions:
Machine wash on gentle cycle in cold water
Hand wash as normal in cool water (Recommended)
Do not wring and dry flat.

I do my very best to make sure there will be no bleeding of colors, but some colors are prone to bleeding and you should always wash handcrafted items separately. Even though this is made of superwash wool, it is still wool and needs tender loving care.

I also take care to represent true colors in the photos of my hand dyed yarns, but different devices can display colors differently. If for some reason you are not satisfied, please let me know so we can work something out.

Hand dyed yarn that is dyed by indie dyers cannot be replicated uniformly.  This is what makes hand dyed yarn unique.  The utmost care is taken to replicate the colorways as best as can be, but each hank is going to be unique.
