My package says it was delivered, but I don't have it. What do I do?

Please check with household members to see if someone else brought the package in. Call your local post office and they can give you the GPS coordinates of where the package was left and track it down for you. Please ensure you have a safe area for delivery of packages as I am not responsible for stolen packages after delivery.

I entered in the wrong shipping address!

Please make all efforts to enter in the shipping address correctly when checking out. However, errors do happen. This banner was perfect for my daughter’s bday, even customized it to our theme. Shop owner was easy to work with and shipping was quick! Would definitely recommend!
