We can turn the patches into pins! The pin back is directly glued onto the felt backing by extra strong glue.

The patch comes in a plastic sleeve and shipped with great care.

HOW TO USE A STICKER PATCH?
These stickers back patches can be applies to smooth flat surfaces like laptops, journals, mobile phones, handbags, backpacks, windows, etc.

As a small business owner and artist, we are reducing our footprint by reusing and upcycling used boxes, padded envelopes and packing materials. So, we reuse boxes and shipping materials whenever possible. Anytime we receive a shipment, we’ll break down the shipping materials and add them to our studio so that they can be reused in future shipments if the box or package has enough integrity to be used again. If it’s in really bad shape, we’ll recycle it.

We've always tried to reduce our environmental impact, so we ensure that our shipping is completed in the most sustainable way available.

Hopefully the outside of the package doesn’t affect your perception of what’s inside.

If your tracking code starts with "LP":
- Mail drop with online tracking
- No signature is required upon delivery

If your tracking code starts with "RR":
- Required to sign a delivery receipt upon receiving the order.
- There are limits for incoming parcels from other countries that were mailed to your country's postal service. International Posts from those countries must have upgraded serviceability with "product visibility" options. These options are not available in all countries. So, please keep an eye on the postman, all packages need to be signed for upon delivery.

MALAYSIA: 1-4 business days
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Transit times may vary depending on origin and destination. It normally takes about 10-30 business days for a parcel to reach it's destination.

If no one is available to sign for the package, the postal service will leave a notification with further instructions for pick-up or re-delivery, and it is the customer's responsibility to follow through in obtaining the package. Any packages that are returned to us for insufficient address, or are unclaimed, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping fees.

Minifanfan is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Unfortunately once an order has left our studio for posting there is very little we can do. Minifanfan is a small business, so we cannot be held responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages. we will do our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to resolve the issue. Please contact us within 3 days upon receiving your order, or email us immediately if your order has not arrived after 30 business days. Please send us the physical evidence so we can present to the courier in order to file a claim. In the case of a lost/ damage/ refund claim being filed, it can take about 1 to 3 months to be resolved. We are unable to make any refunds until the courier has refunded us for the insured amount claimed.

Once a qualified refund is received, please allow 7 business days for a refund to be processed. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will also be happy to exchange the item.

Any packages that are returned to us for insufficient address, or are unclaimed, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping fees. We also accept refund and it will be processed minus shipping and a restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price will be applied to all returns. (Unless it is our mistake)
