This pendant is made from a vintage Scrabble tile (approx. 3/4 inch square). It features a great quotation from Khalil Gibran: "The teacher who is indeed wise does not bid you enter the house of his wisdom but rather leads you to the threshold of your mind." (Note: the text on this Scrabble tile is very tiny!) Please check my other listings and the third photograph for this same quote in other colors.

Each tile is sealed with a glossy two-part jewelers' grade resin and has a silver-plated bail securely attached to the back. (Gold-plated bails are available for the same price; please note in "message to seller" if you prefer a gold bail or one of the other choices of silver bails pictured in the last photo.)

Please note that this listing is for the pendant only; the chain is not included. Consider adding one of the following to your Scrabble tile pendant:

- A lariat to hang your Scrabble tile from a cell phone, thumb drive, or zipper pull
- A clip to hang your Scrabble tile from a key ring, zipper pull, purse, or thumb drive

The tile is not waterproof, so please remove before bathing or swimming. This pendant is not intended for children.

The letter on the back of each tile will vary--photo of tile backs is for example only.

Your pendant will be shipped in a purple gift box tied with a ribbon--ready for giving (or for keeping!).
