Cat Collars are finished with a matching breakaway buckle and a metal split ring with a removable jingle bell. Breakaway collars should NEVER BE USED WITH A LEASH as they are meant to pull apart when tugged on.

Small dog collars are finished with a matching NON-breakaway buckle and a metal D-ring for attaching leashes and ID tags. No bell on the dog collar unless you purchase the add on.
