PROOFS - Can I see a proof of my item before it is printed?

Yes! Of course! We are happy to provide proofs for FREE. When you place your order please make a note in the personalization box or in the notes to seller box when you check out. **Please keep in mind that if a proof is needed on your order that we cannot begin printing until it is approved so it will extend your processing time.** • Proofs are by request only • Proofs are provided M-F • Allow 1 full business day for the proof to be provided • Proofs are sent via etsy messages

PILLOWCASES - Will the design on the pillowcases peel? Are they soft?

The design for the pillowcases is printed directly onto the fabric. These are not vinyl so there is nothing that will peel or crack. You won't feel any difference between the printed area and the non-printed area. They are super soft - even after washing. My girls use theirs every night and after lots of washing the design hasn't faded at all and they are as soft as the day I got them.

CLIPBOARDS - Are your clipboards smooth? Will the design peel off?

Yes they are! The designs you see are printed directly onto the clipboard. We do not use vinyl or stickers. The surface is completely smooth! Because we print directly on the board the design won't peel off like vinyl or stickers.

FOLDERS - Are your folders durable? Will the design peel off?

Yes, they are durable! They are a thick card stock and then they are laminated on the outside. They are very durable. My girls use theirs the entire year and then we keep them at home for home use after the school year. No, the design will not peel off! The design is printed directly onto the folder. We don't use any vinyl or stickers so nothing to peel off and the surface is smooth!

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - Do you offer shipping outside of the United States?

We do! Shipping to the United States set up in our shop. Shipping costs outside of the US vary significantly based on weight and other factors so it is not possible for me to charge customers fairly for shipping without more information.
