We'd be happy to accept custom + personalized orders when possible. For bath & body products, we may be able to accommodate a larger size or substitute ingredients, colors, and scents for certain items. Although we love to experiment, chemistry is a tricky thing, and it takes a lot to turn a great idea into a finished product. We also accept bridal, party, or wedding favor orders. WHY DON’T YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority and utmost goal. However, due to the personal, handmade, and hygienic nature of our products, we cannot accept product returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, or if for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, along with a photo and explanation of the problem. Customer Service is a top priority, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Select Your Price Point: Choose the gift box that fits your budget. Jennifer will curate a one of a kind gift with luxurious bath, body, and spa essentials, along with other self-care goodies from the shop. (Item selection may include body scrubs, bath soaks, shower steamers, lotion, soap, spa tools, candles, coffee mugs, tea, treats, cozy socks, hair accessories, journals, stationary items, inspirational stickers, etc.) Items will be packed in a Kraft gift box with tissue, crinkle, seasonal botanicals, and ribbon or macramé cord. PLEASE NOTE: the first $5 will cover the gift box materials.
2. Personalize: Add any special requests or preferences in the PERSONALIZATION BOX (ie: favorite scents, dislikes baths, allergies or sensitivities, things not to include, etc.)
3. Sending as a Gift?: Make sure to edit the shipping address to your recipient before submitting your order. Add your gift message during checkout or in notes to seller box. Please message me DIRECTLY if your order is time sensitive and I will do my best to accommodate.
4. Receive & Enjoy: Each box is carefully packed with love and shipped directly to you or your recipient. If sending as a gift, I can send a picture of the completed box so you can see all the pretty things inside.
