Custom and personalized orders

Due to the amount of orders we receive on a daily basis we are unable to provide custom orders for any of our clothing line.

Package shows delivered but is not in my mailbox.

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do once a package shows as delivered. Is the buyer responsibility to provide a safe location to receive packages. You can file a mail theft claim with your local Post office. Our job is to make your item and ship it, after your package has been mark as receive by the post office is out of our control.

I forgot to update my address, can you change it and send it to my new address?

MAKE SURE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS is correct before submitting your order, Per Etsy's policy we CANNOT change the address. We will have to cancel your order and you will have to reorder.

Can I add to my order? Or make changes?

No. We cannot combine orders, or make any changes to orders once they are placed.

I need my order ASAP can you rush my order?

Unfortunately we are closed to rush orders at this time. All orders are shipped within our current processing time of 5 business days plus shipping.

I don't know which size to get, can you help me pick a size?

I am more than happy to help you with any question you might have regarding sizing. But unfortunately we cannot pick a size for you. There is a size chart in every listing for your reference.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

**ALL SALES ARE FINAL** Due to the nature of our products I DON'T DO refunds, returns or exchanges on any of our items. If it was an error on my part, returns will be accepted .

My package was return because I had the wrong address

If an order is returned you will be required to re-purchase shipping. We do not refund for lost/unclaimed/undeliverable packages. ****Mimi Little Bowtique is NOT responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or missing packages.***** Our job is to make your order and mail it.
