Please remember that the above are just guidelines and parcels to the United States can take longer if held up by delays.

If a parcel gets lost , I will resend it, please notify me via the Etsy convo system ( the envelope icon at the top of your page ) and I will gladly resend.

If one or two items are damaged, I will gladly refund or send along with your next order. Should the whole parcel be damaged, which has only happened twice in the 7 years I have been doing this, I will gladly resend.

I use 1st class mail for all UK orders. Orders over $100.00 will be sent via signed for 1st class.
