When will my order ship?

Go to your order receipt, and you'll see an estimated shipping date. Keep in mind that with custom and personalized orders this is just an estimate. If your order needs to arrive by a certain date, contact me.

What shipping carrier do you use?

USPS. There are several shipping speeds to choose from. I also ship UPS when it’s a better option and by request.

Do you ship all over the world?

In general yes. Occasionally I may need to cancel an order because of specific customs restrictions, but this is rare. IMPORTANT: Contrary to the message you see under the item price, VAT, GST and other taxes and fees are not always included in the item price. The buyer is responsible for paying any fees and taxes.

I need to return or exchange an item. How do I go about it?

Message me for returns and exchanges.

How do I figure out my ring size?

For accurate sizing of rings, either have your size measured locally or order one of my plastic ring sizers. Trying to measure with a ruler and string is very inaccurate. It's a good idea to check your size a few different times, and average them. Wider rings feel tighter, and you may need to order a quarter or half size larger.

Do you offer gift packaging? How do I request it?

You can request gift packaging which consists of a gift box with paper bow. If you're sending a gift directly to the recipient, a note letting them know who the gift is from is usually a good idea. This will be a part of the gift receipt which doesn’t show prices.

Do your offer wholesale pricing?

Usually not, but you can message me. Sometimes I will offer wholesale pricing for one of a kind items, or you can custom order items for your shop.

Do you have care instructions?

Do you have a shop, or is your studio open to the public?

No, unfortunately I don't have a shop where you can see my work in person, and my studio is not open to the public.

This pine cone necklace is made from solid sterling silver. The pendant measures 7/8" or 22 mm including the bail. The cone comes from a hemlock, a common tree in Upstate New York. Choose from 16" or 18" 1 mm ball chain, or 20" 1.5 mm ball chain. Oxidation emphasizes the detail. This was recently re-designed to have a slightly larger ring at top, which went from a 3 mm inside diameter to 4 mm. Total length is the same and the design is very similar otherwise. See photo for size comparison with my other pine cones and with the previous design.

I adore this little Hemlock cone. It is beautifully cast and retains a lot of lovely detail from the original cone (thank you for your sacrifice). It is a gorgeous, solid little thing that thuds against you when you let go of it, is fun to play with and comforting to hold. It has clearly been made with love and care.
