Custom and personalized orders

Most of my items I make to order. It takes about 7-14 days to finish and pack it, after you paid your order. If you order ready-to-ship item, it can be send in 1-2 days after payment is received. I do not accepted any cancellations and refunds for personalized orders.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you would like to get money refund and you are unhappy with your delivered purchase: item must be returned within 14 DAYS after the buyer receives the item All items must be return in original conditions without any physical changes with all of its components. I do not refund payment for delivery, only the cost of the product. You will get the money back after the package is returned to the seller. While returning parcel, please give the seller a track number. Your money will be refunded using the same payment method that was used at the original transaction - only PayPal.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you wish to cancel transaction (before the order was made and sent), please, note, that there is non-refundable 10%+ $ 0.20 and Paypal fees (for USA - 1.9% + $ 0.30, other countries 3.4% + $ 0.30). I do not accepted cancellations and money refunds for order marked as shipped because it is on the way to destinations. I do not accepted any cancellations and refunds for personalized orders. If your package mark as ''unclaimed'', it may be resend, or you may get refund (excluding shipping costs and non-refundable fees) - just write me about it. I do not provide money refunds for shipped orders, earlier than 45 DAYS after your order marked as shipped. Please note that seller is not responsible for the speed and quality of postal services.

Special care felted boots are not required. If they got dirty-you can to wipe with a damp soapy sponge, then to wipe the soap with a damp sponge. Put to dry. Products are shipped worldwide from Ukraine by UkrPost airmail with tracking number (10-15 days) or USPS from USA (5-6 days). Delivery worldwide usually takes about 2-3 weeks. If your package did not arrive after 45 days since it was shipped, you can get a full money refund or get a new replacement, just write Note that delivery time may vary depending on your local mail service. How to measure your foot

Put your foot (without socks) an a blank sheet of paper and carefully linear it to make accurate outline. Use a ruler to measure longest point (from toe to heel) of your foot and then try to find the size then finds your measurements. That's how you find exact size to choose.

Due to the difference in international shoe sizes we strongly recommend in ordering to write foot length in centimeters. Foot length is measured from the heel to the longest toe. It may be different from other size charts in the shops you are used to buy. If there is a opportunity we ask you to measure your foot longest and widest points and send us measurements in case to avoid any inconveniences when choosing wrong size.
