When will my order ship?

Orders will ship in 2 to 3 business days. Custom items or large orders may require additional time but it is rarely over 4 business days.

How long will it take my order to get to me from the time it is shipped?

Items ship from Texas either first class, priority mail, parcel select or fed ex. Average shipping time for all these services is 1 to 6 days. All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation and tracking.

I need by items by a certain date.

Please contact us and we will check transit times. We try to do our best to accommodate these request. We will need your zip code. p.s. As a disclaimer there is not a 100% guarantee your package will arrive on the date specified due to possible postal and shipping delays. However, I have had very good experience with both packages sent via USPS and FedEx arriving when they are supposed to.

Custom and personalized orders

If your order an item that requires a monogram or personalization you may enter the information in the comments box in the etsy part of the checkout. If you happen to forget just send us an email or convo with the information.

We love doing custom orders and will work with you to bring you vision to life. We are not limited to the designs in our etsy shop and can create a design just for you. If you need a larger quantity or a custom size of any item please let us know and we will see if we can accomodate

Orders will be shipped only to the address you enter in the checkout process. If it is a gift you will have the option to change the address to the recipient during checkout. Please do not enter a change of address in the comments box or message. Customer responsible for reshipping fee if returned due to incorrect address entered. If it is shipped to incorrect address due to wrong address entered and not returned, customer must pay full price, including shipping fee.

The buyer is responsible for shipping on exchanges. The buyer pays for return shipping and the shipping on the new item.

Lost or Damaged Items

If an item is lost or damaged on receipt please contact us immediately and we will send a replacement at no charge.

Request a Sample Swatch

If you are unsure of the color you need you can request a sample swatch of the burlap. Color can vary across devices so if you are needing to match a specific color we are happy to provide this option for no charge.

Custom and personalized orders

This return policy does not apply to personalized or custom-made items. Because personalized designs are created specifically for you, they cannot be resold. For that reason, personalized pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, unless they arrive damaged or with an error on my part.
