My first double thistle pin had some flaws in the finish and on the stem that I didn't care for. I wrote to the vendor. He replaced the pin with an even nicer one of the same design that I absolutely love and that looks perfect! Very, very pleased! Wonderful vendor to work with. Very understanding and went above and beyond. Extremely grateful. I love wearing this and another brooch I purchased. ❤
