What is gold-filled?


It is a process that consists of pressure bonding several layers of 14 K gold on top of the jewelry brass core. The resulting product is a piece of jewelry that is 5% gold by weight.

Where is the 5% gold?

The 5% gold is in the outside part of the piece and it is plenty to keep your jewelry looking great for many years.

CARE

From time to time gold-filled may become dirty from everyday wear. Use mild soap and water to clean it and then use a soft cloth to dry it.

We also recommend not wearing your jewelry during activities such as going to the pool, using a hot tub, exercising, etc. This is because chemical water or sweat may reduce the durability of gold-filled jewelry.
