Customer services and responsiveness was on point during the entire process. I live in the USA and was worried about purchasing a product from over seas but it was so easy and shipping/delivery was also very fast, to my surprise. The piece of work is beautiful. It is so REALISTIC! I almost cried of joy when I opened the package. The packaging was very durable and made my art work safe despite being shipped over seas.
