It’s a nice controller, but don’t try and ask the store about customization. I asked about “other customization” and got a weird answer that seems in hindsight to be automated. I asked another question about a small graphic instead of a gamertag and got no response. Item showed up a bit late, and had nothing on it, even though I payed the extra gamertag fee.
