WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY FILES & HOW DO I DOWNLOAD THEM?

All of the items in X3 Designs Instant Shop are instant downloads. This means your files will be available to you minutes after payment clears. NO WAITING TEMPLETT ITEMS (Editable items) If the listing includes a blue Templett logo, you will receive an email from Templett. This email includes a link to your template where you can edit your template yourself! INSTANT DOWNLOADS (Non-Editable Items) To download your files, Etsy will take you directly to the downloads page after payment. CAN I EDIT USING MY PHONE, TABLEY OR SMART DEVICE?

No, You will need to edit the party printables on your laptop or computer. Files will need to be downloaded directly to your laptop or computer.

WILL THE FONTS STAY THE SAME AS IN THE TEMPLATE PREVIEW?

Yes! You don't need any special fonts downloaded on your computer. Fonts are accessible when editing your templates in the Templett app. All you need to do is click and highlight the sample text and type. You also have the option to change some fonts in the design. We have lots of available fonts for you to choose from right in the Templett app.

HOW DO I PRINT THE TEMPLATES?

TEMPLETT ITEMS Our invitation templates are some of the only templates on Etsy that offer a variety of possibilities when printing. The Templett application allows you to export your finished file in so many different ways. You can print right at home or take your exported PDF or JPEG file to any print shop. We have options for trim marks, bleeds, and even options to save paper and set up multiple per page when printing at home. INSTANT DOWNLOADS Our PDFs are set-up for standard high quality printing with your local print shop, office shop, or at home. If you're unsure of where to print, get in touch with us and we can offer you recommendations.

WHAT PAPER SHOULD I USE?

One of the great advantages to printable files is that you have the complete freedom to choose the paper you want. There are many fabulous options out there and it's always worth asking your printer directly if they have any recommendations or ask to see their samples. For invitations and cards we recommend using a paper thickness of 100lb weight or higher. For any printable that has a background image we recommend printing on white or cream. For white stock papers you might like to try Matte, Cotton or linen paper. Kraft paper is perfect if you want a more rustic look (this is the 'brown' paper).

WILL THE INVITATION PRINT THE SAME AS ON SCREEN?

There will be slight variations in color from what you view on the screen to what is printed. The main reasons for this is monitor color settings, printer settings, and paper chosen. All of our invitations are created with quality graphics and at 300dpi (industry standard).

IS THERE A WAY TO TRY THE TEMPLATE BEFORE PURCHASING?

Absolutely, all our Templett listings, the ones with a blue logo, have demo links available in each description. This allows you to test out every template before you purchase. You can see exactly what is editable and customizable. You can add your information and see what the possibilities are with your favorite templates.
