This natural malachite is a safety buckle. The Chinese safety buckle (平安扣) is shaped like a coin. The Chinese believed that money brought luck and safety, but wearing a coin was not attractive, so the lucky buckle was designed with materials like jade and malachite to wear coins on their person. This good luck charm is really elegant and perfect gift for your loved one!
