Sizing and Changes to Orders

Sizing is true to size with a comfortable and loungewear-appropriate fit based on the measurements within the size chart (check listing photos for item-specific guides). *All items purchased are final and would only be allowed to be remade for a remake fee plus the cost to reship *Changes to bag orders may not be able to be accommodated after 4 hours or order receipt, and garment orders 24 hours after order receipt, please double check your details prior to placing the order. Do you refund for damaged/lost items in transit?

I didn’t receive my pre-order item when I was supposed to. Can I get a refund? I sent a message, when can I receive a response?

We understand that you need your items in a timely manner. We’ll refund any sales that don’t reach you in time that are on a pre-order basis. Messages sent in Etsy are answered as timely as possible. Please allow for 24-48 hours to receive a response. Messages sent back to back will only move your message further up the queue and take longer to see. Questions sent via email or in the order itself may be missed, so please use Etsy messages for any correspondence. Thanks!

Does SS Weddings cover the cost of postage for returns?

If your items arrived damaged or different to what’s described on our website, we’re happy to cover the cost of return postage. Please write to us about your concern and if genuine, we will provide a return label. A return is required to initiate a refund If the order items did not arrive damaged or different and you are simply returning the items/exchanging then it is shop policy that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

In addition to the stylish and flattering neckline highlighted with contrast piping, our pajamas feature piping around the cuffs. The matte appearance of the fabric is extremely versatile when planning for a wedding. Depending on what you want the pajamas can either stand out from or compliment the surroundings!

-The fabric is soft to the touch, stretchy and warm MODAL JERSEY.
-One pocket for convenience on the shirt of the PJ.
-Waistband is elasticated with a drawstring closure

Front embroidery can be done "pocket center" or "above pocket". Please indicate one of these choices when ordering, pocket center is done by default.

We are able to make alterations to the PJs for an additional price and love working with brides and her maids to make the PJs as per their liking, so feel free to contact me 💕

Special note: White PJ pants are made without pockets, as this design prevents pocket lines from showing through when worn. If you’d like pockets added to your white PJ pants, please include a note in your order details.

Super cute getting ready pjs! I know we didn't want a silky material and these were super soft! I even got a stain on my white one and couldn't wash it out till the next day but it came out perfectly!
