Custom and personalized orders

ALL elastic bands are CUSTOM sized and considered custom orders. ALL Bellabeat bands custom sized are considered custom orders and are NOT returnable.

Most elastic bands are washer and dryer safe with gentle detergents. Use the doOGle laundry pouch for washing. Exposure to oils, sunscreens, lotions, chlorine, sea salt, perfumes, colognes, alchohol and even some body chemistry may break down the fabrics - occasional washing will extend the life of your band.

A precise measurement of your wrist is required. Do not assume all fabric tapes are equal. They are not. Do not assume all rulers are precise, they are not. Use a real ruler. Please follow my detailed instructions in the listing description for measuring. Dental floss is recommended because there is zero stretch. Stretching string will make your band too small. Any overlap in the string will make your band too large. Be very precise in your measuring. What not to use: yarn, shoelace, power cord from your lamp, existing watch band, existing bracelet.
