- All cases are made of clear hard plastic. The print can be made on the top panel only.
- The case consists of top and bottom parts; The foam feet protect the bottom part of the case from scratching;
- All cases are waterproof and lightweight;
- Our cases don't block necessary ports; There is no Apple logo cut out, we just leave a clear space in the Apple logo space. It helps not to let dust inside the case.
WARNING: Please, don't use any alcoholic liquids to clean the case. It will spoil the print.
We do not recommend to open your Macbook for more that 90 degrees while the case is on. It may cause crack. Please, do not use heavy force while using the case. The shop is not responsible for any damage caused by customer.
Colors may differ due different screen settings.

ORDER CANCELLATION:
Our shop does not accept cancellations. But if you contact us within 12 hours after the purchase, we will be able to change such info: device model, color, print, and delivery address.
PAYMENT:
- We accept major credit cards and paypal.
- We do not accept Etsy gift cards, checks, or cash.
- If you have issues with the payment process, please, contact Etsy support or your bank.
- Etsy may add local state taxes to the payment.
HANDLING TIME AND SHIPPING:
- A handling time may vary for different devices and seasons. You can check the current handling time and estimate the delivery date at each listing. As a rule, handling time is 3-5 business days. While winter holidays it may be changed to 7-10 business days. For custom orders a handling time starts from the day of the preview confirmation.
- Please, note that handling time means processing time. It doesn't include shipping.
- Shipping time depends on the local couriers. As a rule standard delivery takes 3-7 business days for the USA and 1-5 weeks for international orders.
- We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by shipping carriers. Please, take into consideration that shipping time increases during holidays.
- The shop is not responsible for damage during the delivery/stolen packages.
- Please, note that your state/country may add additional fees for the package.
REFUND AND EXCHANGES:
- If you have any issues with the case, such as you don't like the case, it was damaged in the mail, or it didn't fit, please, message us before leaving a review. We are always ready to help :)
- All cases (except custom orders) can be exchanged in terms of 30 days after the purchase. A wrong case should be shipped back to us no later than 15 days. A customer should message us within 7 days.
- Custom cases (cases with names/initials/ custom photos or images) CAN NOT be returned or exchanged unless they are defective. Please, contact the shop owner if there are any issues.
- A returned case should be unused, without any signs of usage such as dust, scratching, etc.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- If a case was returned because of a customer's wish (the wrong model was ordered, didn’t like the case), a shop will not return the shipping costs.
- To return the case, please, contact the shop owner. Please, don’t forget to give a tracking number of the returned case. It may help in case if the package got lost in the mail.
- We will be able to make a refund or ship another case only after receiving the wrong case (as requested).
