If your order is a gift please specify if you would like your item(s) to be boxed individually and the card written out to the recipient in a note to AGR while checking out. Gifts can be shipped directly to the gift recipients, just make sure to provide us with accurate shipping address for the recipient(s) at the checkout.

Most materials/metals in my shop are high-end beads,sterling silver, pure materials etc. To prolong the life of your jewelry, do not wear your jewelry in the shower, or when swimming or exercising. Also do not use jewelry cleaning substances on your jewelry or orgones, as the protective layers may eventually wear away . MINIMIZE your jewelry's contact to chemicals (lotion, hairspray, bleach, perfume, etc) to best maintain its shine. To store your jewelry, wrap clean, dry jewelry in a dry, soft cloth and keep items separate to prevent tangling and scratching. To clean, mix mild soap, a drop of ammonia, and warm water. Gently swish the jewelry to clean, and then dry with a soft cloth.

Pure Materials and Orgones

The materials that we use to create our authentic products (like orgones) are ONLY 100% chemical pure materials!!! That means that the effects of these materials etc. are completely different than the effects that the typical mainstream materials have (do a search guys and see what 100% chemical pure materials stand for). We take that matter so serious that when a material is not 100% - but 99,9% chemical pure, we do mention it in the product description. Most probably we are the only ones using such high-end and expensive materials for the Orgones that we create!

Finding your size and ordering a specific size:

To find your size lay a loose cord around your wrist, neck etc. and then lay on a flat ruler. Consequently, if you wish for a specific size send us a message (or a note) when you order.

Care Instructions for our Authentic Orgones

Fact is that our orgones are designed for everyday use and by default are very robust. Nevertheless, due to the fact that orgones incorporate in them the power of Orgone and 100% chemical pure materials, contact us, at any point in time, to receive specific instructions! We would be more than happy to reply to all of your questions.

Shipping, Returns and Exchanges - Additional Facts:

If, you wish to return a "simple" Reiki charged item, contact us with your order number and you will receive a return address. Items must be returned within 1 week from delivery date. Once the items are returned to us in their original condition, you will receive a refund. Shipping charges are non refundable. Please ship back via REGISTERED post with a tracking number, that's the only way to prove I've received sound and safe your item. Please contact us BEFORE sending your order. Refunds are made on the satisfactory return of the item, minus shipping fees. Items need to be returned in their ORIGINAL CONDITION. Refunds will be given when WE receive the returned item(s). We always include a tracking-number when shipping your order to you!

Shipping, Returns and Exchanges for Orgones and Energy Infused Items:

You can perform a cancellation within 1 hour of when you did place your order. Once the order has been placed, and the hour expires, cancellations cannot be accepted nor can the items be refunded. And there is a reason for it: Once the creation of these products has been initiated it cannot be stopped. Hence, they will be destroyed if you do not want them anymore and cannot be sold to anyone else. Thus, be certain that you want to go for our authentic orgones or/and our energy infused items. Please Notice: The aforementioned products/orders cannot be returned nor be refunded since they have been created specifically for you.
