All dimensions are manual measurement unavoidable error. If you buy the product that made from crazy horse leather(which is one of full grain leather). It is easy to get scratched, but it will become smoother and smoother with the passage of time. If you mind scratches, please do not buy it. Can I choose the engrave color of the product

Sorry, NO ONE can decide the color of engraving, engraving itself has no color, it depends on the color and material of the product itself, if you buy a customized product and want to carve some of your personalized content, please be aware that none of us can decide the color of engraving, even the same bag may be carved out of two colors. Custom and personalized orders

Original order, the processing time will be 1-3 days. For the custom order, it depends on the difficulty degree of your custom order. How can I buy if I don't have a paypal account? Why didn't the credit card pay successfully?

Credit card payment may have errors, we recommend paying through PayPal, no matter if you have a PayPal account or not. You can still use your credit card to pay through PayPal. What should I do if my order(s) is/are returned by shipping company

Why has my order taken so long to receive?
