Smaller than I thought and the ribbon isn’t nearly as large as it appears in the pic. Just ok.

All dimensions are noted in the listing, where is the confusion? This was sent exactly as shown When we saw this review, despite never hearing from the customer, we reached out to see how we could resolve her dissatisfaction. The buyer contended that a three star review isnt "bad" and that she loved it and wouldnt discuss how I could improve her experience. Unfortunately this could not be resolved.
