You will receive a tracking number with your despatch notification. Please ensure you check that the address on your order is correct. It would be helpful if you could provide an email address as well as contact number to be passed onto the courier company. The time frames below are estimated delivery time are a guideline and not guaranteed as sometimes there are issues with the courier that are outside of our control. Please ensure you track your item carefully (with the tracking number provided to you) as some companies do notleave a card and only allow 3 attempted deliveries. We cannot ship to PO BOX addresses as the courier won't accept the address so please provide us with an alternative address

We pack our items extremely carefully however unfortunately damage can occur. If this does happen, please contact us to arrange for a replacement and the original item to be shipped back.
We ask that you contact us immediately but within 5 days of delivery and provide photos of the damaged item as well as both the exterior and interior packaging.

Live Edge refers to an edge that has been left in its natural shape and the bark has been stripped back to reveal the grain underneath.

It does not refer to the curve, wavy nature of the edge. The shape will be down to the piece of timber used on your piece but as each of our pieces are made to order, each piece will be unique. Unfortunately, we can not guarantee how curvy the piece will be as we will always choose the best quality piece over the shape of the piece.

If you have any specific requirements, then we would recommend discussing them with is prior to purchase.

All the oaks have been treated with EVERBUILD Triple action wood treatment for wood boring insects. This protects the wood against re-infestation but also means that it breaks the life cycle, as, if there is any "activity", insects that may appear will have had to burrow through the treated wood so will die prior to multiplying &completing their life cycle. However, as with any exposed timber, we recommend a retreat every year with a treatment for protection against moisture &with Oaks, protection against wood boring insects.

All the trays & boxes have been sprayed with a coat of lacquer “Rustoleum Crystal Clear” to seal the design. We recommend only using a damp cloth (with no residue of spray on it) or a baby wipe to clean them. If you use any chemicals, including antibacterial wipes, this can react with lacquer meaning you will smudge the design.

Please note that any orders going outside the UK may be subject to customs or import taxes, as per Etsy policies these are solely the buyers responsibility as they differ from country to country and eve state to state. We suggest checking these prior to purchase as your order will not be released by customs until the fees are paid & any delays may mean your item is returned back to us. If this occurs, no refunds will be issued and any re-shipping charges will be at the buyers costs.

Please note oil treatment can take up to 2 weeks from application to fully cure.

Here are a few tips to keep it looking special:
1. Do not leave water to dry on it, treat it like you would a coffee table, even when treated water can mark. The treatment protects it against penetrating water damage but this doesn’t mean water won’t mark.
2. Do not use chemicals on the piece. Any chemicals may affect the treatment used. We don’t just mean cleaning products, even soap, shampoo, body wash, tooth paste etc can react with the treatment effectively striping it.
3. You will need to retreat your piece from time to time, depending on use & environment. Give it a light sand down (until any marks disappear) then retreat with your oil of choice.
