For traditional monograms the last name initial is larger and goes in the middle.

For monograms that go straight across all the same height, they are first, middle, last.

I can only do up to 6 letters for long name appliqué fonts. The longer the name, the taller and skinnier the letters get.

Each pillow cover is made to fit the actual size of the insert. If you buy a 12 x 16 cover, it will fit a 12 x 16 insert.

I do not suggest washing pillows in the washer. I would spot clean them. Tide sticks work well. Pillows with appliqués may bleed if washed.

It is 10 weeks solid. I realize this is a long time to wait for an item, however I can’t make exceptions at this time. Each pillow is custom made and takes hours to assemble.

If the USPS looses your package, a claim needs to be filed. Each pillow is insured. I cannot refund an order because someone tells me it was stolen. I need proof from the USPS of a missing package. Each package is tracked.
