What are PRE-ORDER ONLY items ?

"PRE-ORDER ONLY" items usually take a much longer process time; you may find the most accurate processing time at "Shipping & Returns" on each of our products' listing. Once the PRE-ORDER ONLY item is purchased, it can't be canceled at any reasons. Please kindly plan ahead before purchasing the PRE-ORDER ONLY items.

Do you offer personalized balloons ?

YES! We actually do offer custom balloons and the min. order would be 80 pcs each design. The processing + shipping time would be around 10 to 14 business days. You may contact us via Etsy conversation for more information.

What is "undeliverable as addressed" ?

If the tracking shows "undeliverable as addressed", the package either is forwarded, returned to the sender, or treated as dead mail. If the package gets returned back to us, we will resend it to you as soon as possible, but please kindly note that you will have to pay for the extra shipping cost. If the package got forwarded/treated as dead mail, we are sorry that we WILL NOT issue any refund / resend a new package to you. A friendly reminder, buyers are responsible to provide a USPS matching address for delivery.

Can I cancel/ return my custom order ?

We are sorry that we don't accept any cancellation. Once the order is placed, you are agreeing to our processing time. If you have any questions regarding your order, please feel free send us a conversation. Please note we do not accept any return/ refund for all custom orders under any circumstances.

What happen if I provided an incorrect shipping address ?

If you find that your shipping address is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. We are able to update the shipping address for you ONLY BEFORE the order is shipped. Once the order is shipped, we won't able to correct the address for you, you will have to contact USPS for further action. If the package is lost due to the incorrect shipping address, we are sorry that we WILL NOT issue any refund / resend a new package to you. the color on this said ivory but they are really yellow looking... also one ballon has a purple stain on it that will not come off :( not as pleased as i thought i would be
