Are your stickers Waterproof?

Yes! All of my stickers are made from high-quality vinyl! They're waterproof, have a UV-protective coating to protect from fading in the sun, and are super strong! Stickers can go through the dishwasher, but gentle hand washing is recommended for stickers to last the longest!

My package says it is delivered, but I never received it?

If your tracking number says that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact USPS for help finding your package. Once I ship out my orders, I only have the same information that is associated with your order's tracking number. Replacements will not be sent for orders marked as "delivered" on tracking numbers.

My order took longer than expected to ship

Please be aware of processing time for orders and add this to shipping time! For example, most products are processed within 1-3 days, and then take another 2-5 days to be delivered with first class shipping. This could take a total of 8 business days. *With the cheapest, stamped envelope shipping option, it could take up to 15 business days to arrive!* Please upgrade to priority shipping (1-3 days) if you need your item to arrive quickly! Processing time may increase around holidays, or while I'm traveling. This will always be noted in my shop updates and in the listings, but please be sure to check before placing your order. I typically ship out on Mondays and Thursdays!

My Magnet or Sticker is Smaller than Expected!

Please be sure to check the description before you order! All sizes are listed for each item, but if you still have questions just send me a message!

Are the Sticker Sheets Waterproof?

Yes! All of the stickers in my shop are waterproof, and have a UV-resistant coating so they won't fade in the sun!

Custom and personalized orders

Yes! But they cost more than the single stickers in my shop. Custom stickers are charged by the hour for the creation of the illustration, and then a minimum of 10 stickers must be purchased of your design. *Availability for custom designs is limited* Please message me for more information if you're interested!

What type of tablet do you use?

I use an Ipad Pro with an Apple Pencil in Adobe Fresco for all of my final illustrations. For sketching I typically use Procreate. For more behind the scenes of creating my products, check out my instagram: @shop_emilym

My tracking number isn't working!

If you chose the "Stamped Envelope Shipping" option, then this is NOT tracked through USPS. It is tracked through Pitney Bowes. (Please visit PitneyBowes.com to use your tracking number!) Please be aware that this tracking is not always the most accurate, and can be marked as delivered a few days early. Please give your package a couple extra days to arrive! Orders shipped this way will arrive in a small, brown envelope similar to a letter!

Breakfast Magnet Pack!

Each pack includes 3 fall-themed magnets. Includes 1 of each Sunny-side Up Egg, Sausage, and Cup of Coffee magnet. Magnets are created and packaged by hand and feature one of my original illustrations. Magnets are super strong, and are perfect for a kitchen fridge, school locker, and will stick to anything magnetic.

Magnets are 1.25 inches in diameter and are water resistant. To clean, simply wipe with a damp cloth.
