Yes, we can make custom-designed rings, pendants, cufflinks, or earrings. The price starts at $300. Please send me details, images or some sketches to discuss price and manufacturing terms. Jewelry can be made of 925 silver, yellow gold, white gold, or platinum. We can also use precious or semi-precious gems. Our designers will draw a sketch and create a 3D model of your future jewelry. You can give a few edits if you want. Finally, craftsmen will make your jewelry, and I will send you a photo and the jewelry itself before shipping.

We can make any custom ring size for you (7 1/4 US ring size, 9 3/4 US ring size). Please specify this info with a note to your order!

Bronze or sterling silver requires special care to preserve its appearance and longevity. The most important rule for bronze or silver is to keep it dry. Also, metals tarnish when exposed to salty air, chlorine, sulfur, humidity, perspiration, cosmetics, household bleach, and other strong chemicals. That’s why take it before doing any activities connected with them. Use a microfiber cloth or special jewelry cloth not paper towels to clean your items. Rinse bronze or silver jewelry in warm water, blot it dry and polish it with another cloth.

Can you make engraving?

Yes, we offer laser engraving. We can engrave initials, names, symbols, shapes or longer text in various fonts. Customization costs $14. It will add 1-2 business days to the processing time. How long is shipping?

Delivery time to top 3 destinations via international postal system (USPS, Deutsche Post, etc.): US – 7 to 21 business days UK and EU – 7 to 20 business days Australia – 14 to 21 business days To other countries – 14-21 business days. Shipping via FedEx or DHL Express takes 3-7 working days. Please don't forget about postal delays during any holidays!

How long does manufacturing takes?

All our jewelry are handcrafted, so it means we make them to order only! In 97% cases we need 3 to 6 days to create any ring or pendant from our store.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking info. You can track it via the online tracking service of your local carrier - USPS, Royal Mail, etc. For example https://www.aftership.com/en/track

Do you accept returns and exchanges?

We accept exchanges if you ordered and received a ring with an incorrect size. In this case, customers have to contact us, return the ring back, provide the correct ring size and pay shipping extra expenses. If you received a ring or pendant and you just want to return it back and get a refund, in this case, you have to contact us. After we receive it, a refund will be initiated minus shipping and manufacturing expenses (30% of value).

Will the items I ordered be delivered in a gift box?

We carefully pack all the jewelry and send it in super strong boxes. Each shipment goes through several stages of packaging. The first one is a branded box, and the second one is a protective bubble envelope. This means that you do not have to worry about the integrity of your order, because it is in safe hands. Our boxes are very strong. They are resistant to damage, which will not allow them to break on the way to you.

925 silver is alloy of 92,5% of pure silver
and 7,5% of copper,

★ CARING GUIDANCE ★

Silver tarnishes because of oxidisation –
but it is not caused by oxygen exposure.
Tarnish develops due to the presence
of hydrogen sulfide in the air
or in any materials that come into contact with the silver.

Unlike rust, tarnish is a ‘self-limiting’ patina,
affecting only the top few layers and ultimately protecting the metal.
While this is good news overall, it is not particularly pretty.

If your sterling silver is already tarnished,
try clean it immediately to avoid future tarnishing.
Use a polishing cloth made especially for silver.
If the tarnish is beyond repair using a cloth,
try a silver wash.
If this doesn't work, you can visit a jewelry
who has special equipment to rid silver of tarnish.
