Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel the order within fourteen days without giving any reason. There is no right of withdrawal for contracts for the delivery of goods, which were manufactured according to customer specification. In this case, a cancellation is no longer possible from receipt of advance payment. Check therefore exactly, if you really want to order the goods.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, please inform me

by means of a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post or by e-mail) of your decision to cancel the contract. If you make use of this option, I will immediately send you (eg by e-mail) a confirmation of the receipt of such a revocation. In order to secure the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of the cancellation
If you cancel the contract, I shall reimburse you for all payments I have received from you, including the unprecedented delivery costs, without delay and no later than fourteen days from the date on which I received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, I will use the same form of payment you used in the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you, in no case you will be charged for such repayment. I can refuse the repayment until I have received the goods undamaged.
As a customer, you have to return or hand over the goods immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you inform me about the cancellation of the contract to me

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline of fourteen days.
The direct costs of returning the goods are to be payed by the customer himself.
If the customer can not return the goods received in whole or in part or only in a deteriorated condition, the customer may be required to pay compensation. This does not apply to the surrender of goods if the deterioration of the item is solely attributable to its examination - as it would have been possible for you in a shop, for example. Incidentally, you can avoid the obligation to pay compensation for a deterioration caused by the intended use of the item by not using the item as your own property and refraining from doing anything that impairs its value. A return is only possible if the goods are intact.
