Custom and personalized orders

Due to the nature of personalized work, personalized item sales are not returnable or refundable unless there is a mistake made on my part. This includes if you choose the wrong size or color. Custom orders for items that are not offered in our shop are not being accepted due to my high order volume beings I am a one person ran shop. There is a fee to change the writing on non personalized signs due to the extra time that is spent redesigning your piece so that it looks as lovely as possible

How soon will I receive my order?

Most items are made to order. Please go by the latest date shown in the delivery estimate by Etsy. The first date is often not accurate unless I were to ship your order the same day which is not offered for most products. I do accept rush orders on a case by case basis for a fee determined by how fast you need your order and the amount of time needed to complete the order. Please contact me as soon as possible BEFORE ordering if you wish to place a rush order or to see if I can complete and ship your order in time for your need by date.

Gift wrapping and packaging

I include notes free of charge with your packaging by request. Please enter this in the gift note section while purchasing your gift.

Can I change my address after I placed my order?

If you wish to change an address after your order is placed, your order will be canceled so that you can repurchase with the correct address. This is so that I can stay compliant with Etsy's Purchase Protection Policy.

I shipped my order to the wrong address. Now what?

Customers are responsible for making sure the address is correct upon ordering. Please contact us ASAP before the order is shipped. Your order will need to be canceled so that you can repurchase with the correct address. If your order is shipped to a wrong address or an address missing information and is sent back to me. I will contact you. If an order is personalized, additional shipping will need to be paid so that the order can be resent as personalized items are non refundable once made. If the order is not personalized, I can either resend the product at the buyer's expense, or I can refund the cost of the product minus original shipping charges as shipping charges are not refundable once the item is shipped.

What if my item arrives damaged or breaks after use?

If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage and packaging so I can assess the situation and help resolve it. However, once your item has arrived safely and is in your possession, I am not responsible for any damage caused by wear and tear, misuse, or accidents. Many of my items, especially badge buddies are handmade from layered acrylic and, while durable, are not indestructible. Please treat them with care to ensure their longevity. Breakage due to use, even shortly after receiving the item, is considered normal wear and tear and is not eligible for free replacement. If something breaks and you're interested in a discounted replacement, feel free to reach out and I’ll do my best

Do you accept returns?

I do accept returns on items that are not personalized and in the standard colors special walnut or unfinished. Dark walnut and slate signs are not eligible for return as they are customized and not the standard color offered. There will be a 30% restocking fee on all returns to cover my original shipping and labor costs. All returns must be approved prior to before being sent to me and mailed back within 7 days of receiving. Tracking must be provided and the item must be received in original unused condition to be eligible for a return.

Our dogs mean the world to us and are part of our family. This personalized dog bone Christmas ornament is a great way to give a personalized gift to dog lovers and animal lovers alike. These also can be used as tags to put on your dog's gifts for Christmas morning.

Dimensions are approximate:
4" wide by 2.25" high

This ornament is created on 1/4 inch plywood and is left the natural color of the wood. Please note that there may be some burning on the edges as this is cut and engraved by a laser. All wood looks different in color and grain so your ornament may vary slightly from the one shown. The ornament will be strung on a pretty red ribbon ready to hang.
