RETURN POLICY:
We gladly accept returns and refunds on most of the products up to 14 days after delivery. The buyer should contact us via Etsy message for the return within 7 days after the product delivery. Return policy is only valid for undamaged products. Furthermore, all custom orders and personalized items are non-returnable. Please check the product listing description for the return policy specific to that product. Items must be shipped back and received before refund is made. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Please include your order number with your return package.Please contact us if you have any concern about your purchase, we will be glad to solve it.

Send us a message for your return or exchange request. Include the order number and a note for the return or the exchange. The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost. Once shipped, please send us the tracking number. We are not responsible for any lost and damaged package for your shipment back to us. Please make sure you seal your return securely and use the tracking option. If necessary, use a signature service and/or insurance.

You can cancel your order in the first 12 hours after your order is placed.

Melt’m Jewelry pieces, (custom, personalized or non-custom jewelry), are handcrafted by 20-year experienced craftswomen in our Redlands (California) Studio and made to order. For each piece, we provide the processing time necessary to prepare your order in its listing description before giving it to the carrier service.

If you ordered your ring in the wrong size, all our rings can easily be sized by your local repair jeweller. This service is usually quite affordable and avoids the inconvenience of shipping the item. If you do not wish to go to a local jeweller, we will happily resize your ring for a $30 sizing fee. Please send us a message before you send your ring back for re-sizing.

If you received a ring in a different size than you ordered, we will gladly resize your ring to be the correct original size ordered. Please send us a message before sending your ring back to us.

If you like to have a different length of the necklace or bracelet than that you ordered, we will send you a new necklace or bracelet with a different length with a $20 sizing fee and with additional costs of longer chains, if any. Please send us a message for your resizing requests before sending the item back.

We send all international orders with DHL Express or UPS with very special discounted shipping options (except CANADA)

Please contact us for purchases from out of USA, additional details such as phone number may be needed for secure delivery of your packages. Remote area deliveries may lead to extra charges.

Buyer is responsible for duties and taxes. Seller is not responsible for the delays arising from the custom procedures over which she has no control.

FOR CANADA Sales Tax (GST) is not included in shipping cost. For some provinces, Etsy collects GST and ads it into final price. You can see it at the checkout. If GST is not included in the payment, your post office will ask for GST payment, before delivery of your package.

***Orders with free shipping go out with USPS First Class Mail with tracking.

*** We send the orders equal or more than $250 with signature requirement and insure them against the lost packages.
