1. How long does dispatch and delivery take?

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days, except for mala orders, which require 2-4 business days. During busy periods or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer. I will notify you as soon as possible if there are any delays. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected. Once dispatched, your Etsy order status will be updated with tracking information (if applicable) so you can monitor your parcel during transit until delivery.

2. Do you offer express shipping and tracking?

Yes, Express shipping upgrades are available for domestic and international orders at an additional cost. Shipping options can be viewed during checkout by clicking the delivery dropdown arrow. All Express shipping options include tracking. Please note that selecting Express shipping only reduces the delivery time and does not change the dispatch time. If you need your order dispatched sooner, please contact me before purchasing, and I will try my best to accommodate your request when possible.

3. Will I need to pay import tariffs, customs duties, VAT, or GST on my order?

For customers in the United States, current US import tariff charges are prepaid by me through Australia Post before shipping, so nothing should be due upon delivery. For customers in Europe and other countries where VAT applies, Etsy automatically collects and remits the required taxes at checkout, so additional VAT charges are usually not payable upon delivery. For customers in Australia, Etsy automatically collects GST at checkout, so no additional GST or tax charges apply upon delivery. Please note that customs regulations may vary by country and any import fees not collected by Etsy remain the buyer’s responsibility.

4. Do you combine shipping?

Yes, combined shipping is available for multiple items purchased in the same order and shipped to the same address. Shipping costs are calculated based on the total package weight and destination. For orders containing 2 items, the default shipping cost automatically includes combined shipping savings. If you are purchasing more than 2 items, please contact me before placing your order and I can check the final package weight to see whether shipping can be combined further. If you have already placed separate orders shipping to the same address, please contact me as I may still be able to combine shipping after the orders have been received and refund any excess shipping payment.

5. What does made to order mean?

Made to order means your item is handcrafted after purchase rather than pre-made in bulk. Please allow the stated processing time for your order to be carefully made before dispatch. All of my jewellery and accessories, including gemstone malas, bracelets, necklaces, earrings, keyrings, bookmarks, and bag charms, are made to order.

6. How do I measure my wrist size for bracelets?

Measure your wrist with a measuring tape, or use a strip of paper, mark where it meets, then measure it against a ruler. Please refer to the sizing guide photo included in each bracelet listing for detailed instructions and fit recommendations.

7. Are your gemstones natural?

Yes, all gemstone and wood jewellery and accessories, including gemstone carvings and crystals sold in my shop, are genuine, natural, undyed, and untreated. Some gemstones may be polished, waxed, or stabilised with epoxy (commonly used for natural turquoise products) to improve durability and surface finish. Due to their natural formation, each gemstone is unique and may contain small inclusions, variations, or natural markings.

8. How are gemstones graded in your shop?

Gemstone grading refers to the overall quality, appearance, and rarity of each stone. Below is a simple guide to the grading system used in my shop: Grade GEM: Exceptional quality (very rare) Grade AAA: Excellent quality (rare, premium grade) Grade AA: High quality (commonly available in select stones) Grade A: Good quality (widely available and affordable) Grade AB: Between Grade A and Grade B (non-standard transitional grade) Grade B: Commercial quality (widely available and budget-friendly) Standard (no grade): Natural gemstone quality commonly found across many stone types

9. What are 14K Gold Filled, 14K Rose Gold Filled, Sterling Silver, and Karen Hill Tribe Silver?

14K gold filled metal contains a thick layer of real 14K gold bonded to a brass core, making it more durable and long-lasting than gold-plated jewellery. 14K rose gold filled metal is made using the same bonding process as 14K gold filled metal but has a rose gold tone created by the alloy composition, usually containing copper. Sterling Silver (S925 Silver) contains 92.5% pure silver combined with other metals for added strength and durability. It may naturally tarnish over time but can usually be polished easily. Karen Hill Tribe Silver is traditionally handcrafted in Thailand and typically contains 97.5%–99% pure silver, giving it a higher silver content, slower tarnishing rate, and a softer appearance than Sterling Silver.

10. What are essential oil diffuser jewellery and accessories?

Essential oil diffuser jewellery and accessories are designed to absorb and slowly diffuse essential oils throughout the day. They are commonly made using porous materials such as lava stone, which can absorb small amounts of essential oil. To use, apply 1–2 drops of essential oil onto the lava stone beads and allow the oil to absorb before wearing or using. Reapply as needed once the scent fades.

This intention bracelet is handmade with great quality genuine (natural & undyed) 8mm smooth round gemstone beads (Lava Stone, Rose Quartz, Citrine, Sodalite, Howlite, Angelite, Smoky Quartz & Amethyst) with stainless steel bead spacers and strong clear stretch jewellery cord, for easy slip on and off. If you are looking for great quality, long-wearing and affordable genuine gemstone essential oil diffuser bracelets, this is the perfect choice!

The metal bead spacers are available in four different finishing colours, stainless steel, gold plated, rose gold plated and gunmetal plated. All bead spacers are made from solid 304 stainless steel.

All of my handmade Lava Stone products including this bracelet can be used to diffuse essential oils.

Each bracelet will come with a free burlap gift pouch and an instruction card on how to use this bracelet to diffuse essential oils.

There is no industrial standard for the gemstone bead size, therefore the beads you will receive may vary in size, ranging from 7.5mm to 8.5mm. However, i will endeavour to handpick high quality and select beads that are very similar size when stringing your bracelet.

I can offer you with great quality genuine gemstone jewellery at a very affordable price through direct source, which does not escalate their value. However, due to their lustre or other physical properties (grading) and rarity, some gemstones have more aesthetic value than others result in their price difference.

This bracelet can be made for adults and children, see the Bracelet Size Guideline section below for more details.

Bracelet Size Guideline:
The bracelet sizes provided below are based on average adults and children wrist and should be used as a guideline only. To ensure the bracelet fits the wrist comfortably, measure the wrist and select the bracelet size that is within the actual wrist measurement range provided below. Alternatively, select custom size for women, men, girls or boys option so that an appropriate gift pouch can be included. Then leave a note of the actual wrist measurement in the add a note option during check out.

For example, if a wrist measurement of a woman is 15cm (5.9"), which is between 14.5cm (5.7") and 15.4cm (6.1"). Therefore, the required bracelet size is Women XS. Contact me if you still need assistance on choosing your bracelet size.

Gemstone General Information:
All of my gemstone bracelets are handmade from genuine (natural and undyed) gemstones. These gemstones are either mineral crystals, rocks or organic materials. Due to the naturality, these gemstone may have tiny flaws (inclusions) and may vary slightly in clarity. Meanwhile, cutting and polishing also makes every piece of gemstone slightly differ in colour and size. Images provided may have a variation in colour due to different monitor pixelation.

Gemstone Grading:
Grade GEM - highest quality (very rare and very expensive)
Grade AAA - 2nd highest quality (rare and expensive)
Grade AA - 3rd highest quality (likely found and expensive for some types of gemstones)
Grade A - 4th highest quality (likely found and affordable)
Grade AB - quality is between grade A and grade B but it is not a standard grade
Grade B - 5th highest quality (likely found and affordable)
Standard (no grade) - commonly found for all types of gemstones and very affordable

Bracelet Care:
Although, all of my gemstone bracelets are made from genuine (natural and undyed) gemstones and strong stretch jewellery cord, the stretch cord and wear off more quickly if the bracelet is immersed in water for a long period of time. Therefore, for longer lasting wear of your bracelet, do not wear it while showering/bathing and swimming.

Bracelet Cleaning:
To remove the buildup of dust over time on your bracelet, you can wash it off with normal tap water. Then with a clean soft cloth, gently dry the water off until the bracelet is completely dry.

Bracelet Storage:
Place your bracelet in the provided burlap pouch and store it in a clean, dry and cool place when not worn.

Energy Cleansing and Charging:
Gemstones/crystals have life energy, they have energy of their own and some gemstones can transmit energy or amplify other gemstone energy or repel unwanted energy or even absorb other energy when being touched. Therefore, it is suggested that you cleanse your new bracelet by smudging with White Sage or Palo Santo wood to remove any unwanted energy before you wear it. Cleanse and charge your gemstone bracelet regularly is also essential to restore its natural state. To cleanse your bracelet, lay it under a full moon overnight or smudge it with sage or Palo Santo wood (allow the smoke to envelop the bracelet for 30 seconds). After your bracelet is cleansed, place it on a Selenite charging plate or a Clear Quartz cluster for 10 - 12 hours. Cleansing and charging tools are available from the link below.
