Because of the make of the order by handmade, we do not accept returns for reasons other than defects.

1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
2. Customers must contact us within the 7-day, we will refund item price when we ricived your item, please note, shipping charges are non-refundable.
3. We are not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs when shipping is returned, so we strongly encourage you to pack the items well and ship via a trusted carrier.

Everything we make is inspected carefully before it leaves our workshop, If you receive an item broken or otherwise damaged in shipment, please take pictures for it and contact us. we will evaluate the damage and determine the best and fastest way to rechange you your items.

Due to the every piece is handmade and use of natural materials, therefore may irregularities or flaws in concrete, like bubbles or barely visible cracks, and the colours and texture vary slightly, It would not included in "DAMAGED & DEFECTS" policies.
