Pig is one of the 12 animals of the Chinese calendar. This scroll features the Chinese symbol for pig (猪). It is painted in such a way that it looks like a pig. Chinese symbols at their core are pictographs. And each of our animal scrolls highlight this unique and amazing feature of the Chinese language by combining an actual animal with the character. Cool, huh?

Item is 100% hand painted and the scroll is also hand made with an ornate silk edging. This is available in eight different colors and each features an attractive ornate pattern.
