Do you accept custom orders? Of course! If you have something you love in mind, I can definitely make it just for you.

Customs and import taxes

As you know, when a package ships internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed (e.g. handling fees) by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country. In general, the buyer is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges can vary widely and are often based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country. Unfortunately, I can’t predict which of these fees, if any, will be applied.

Can I try on an item and then return it? Can I compare the color with the dress and then return it? Can I order three items, choose the one that fits, and return the others?

Unfortunately, no. We do not offer a "try on and return" service for the following reasons: All our products are handmade to order, not ready-made or sourced from third-party vendors. Each item is carefully crafted specifically for you, based on your unique measurements and preferences. The price reflects both the high-quality materials and the sewing service. Every customer receives a 100% new and unused product. In the wedding industry, some customers attempt to return items after the wedding, which is strictly prohibited. We ensure that every bride receives a brand-new piece that has never been worn, which is why we do not accept returns on custom-made items.

Can I cancel my order? We understand how important it is to have your item ready for a wedding or special event, which is why we begin working on orders as quickly as possible. You have 3 hours after placing your order to request a cancellation. You also have 24 hours to request changes to your order, such as size or length adjustments. Please stay in touch during the first 24 hours after placing your order, as we may need additional measurements or clarifications. Once production of your custom order has begun, cancellation is no longer possible.

Payment for re-shipment

Shipping & Customs Disclaimer Please note that the shipping cost includes customs duties and import fees, which are non-refundable to the sender if a parcel is returned. We kindly ask customers to ensure that the delivery address is correct and that the parcel can be received in a timely manner. If a package is returned to the sender due to “unclaimed,” “undeliverable,” incorrect address, or for any reason not caused by the seller, all shipping expenses are the responsibility of the buyer. If the parcel needs to be shipped again, the shipping cost must be paid again before resending.

How do I choose the right color?

We understand that matching a white accessory to a white dress can be challenging, and colors may appear slightly different on device screens. However, we strive to make the selection process as easy as possible: You can order a set of fabric samples from us to compare colors directly with your dress. This ensures you make the best choice before placing your order. Additionally, we are happy to provide extra photos of fabrics, showcasing their combinations and textures. Simply contact us for assistance, and we will work closely with you to help select the perfect match!

What kind of silk do you use?

To create an exquisite outfit we use high quality satin Mulberry Silk (75g/m2 density) made in Italy. This type of fabric is known to be a perfect balance of density and lightness. It works well for lingerie, robes, sleep sets, blouses. Finest Italian silk (97% Mulberry Silk, 3% elastane).

Benefits of silk cloth.

• Because of its natural structure, the fabric allows our body to breathe and keeps you warm when cold and cool when hot. • It maintains a constant body temperature. • Silk has a fantastic property to absorb moisture up to 30% of its weight without feeling damp. • It is hypoallergenic and contains many amino acids. They boost skin renewal and have a positive effect on human health. • Bugs, bacteria and mold don’t like the fabric. Allergy sufferers can rest relaxed knowing they are safe from skin rashes, eczemas and stuffy nose. • The cloth stretches well without being deformed. • It is durable. Any silk piece of clothing is able to withstand most accidental damage with ease.

How to take care of silk garments? The best way to wash silk clothes is dry clean. But, if you are willing to wash garments at home, there are some helpful tips. Forget about washing machine! The items should be hand washed, using special gentle soaps. Don’t leave to soak. Do laundry in lukewarm (30°C) or cold water. It helps the colors to last longer as well as the outfit to retain its original shape and size. Silk cannot withstand wringing or twisting. You should gently shake the piece to get rid of the extra water. Hang the garment up on a drying rack or lay flat on the towel to dry. Avoid direct sunlight and heat.
