Please pay within a week. The production or shipping takes place only after receipt of payment.
As a rule, the preparation then takes 1-3 working days.

Since most of our products are custom made, we ask you to consider that when your purchase. Custom-made products are generally excluded from the right of return, but we do make exeptions from this rule in individual cases.
Exchange:
If something does not fit and you want to change it, you have 2 weeks to let us know. The deadline to notify us begins, once you received the goods.
If the error with the fit lies on our side, we of course take over any additional shipping costs.
In all other cases, the payment of all additional shipping costs is on the side of the customer.
Return:
For already finished products such as one-off items, you can generally withdraw from your purchase for 2 weeks as long as the item is in perfect condition and was not carried further than you could have done in our store.
The deadline to tell us this is also 2 weeks after receipt of the goods.
The assumption of the shipping costs for pure returns are on the customer side.
In case of a return, the purchase price will be reimbursed minus any costs incurred by free shipping.
In case of a complaint or exchange, the task of return must be done within 7 working days of notification. Please always send returns with tracking. We assume no liability for missing shipments.
The dispatch from our side always takes place with tracking. Germany-wide we ship with DHL and internationally with Deutsche Post consignment.
If you want express shipping, just let us know and we'll take care of it. Additional costs are in this case of course on your side.
To make sure your new hat / cap fits, measure your head exactly (across the widest part of your ears) and add another 0.5 cm more.

Da wir die meisten Produkte extra nach Maß oder Wunsch für dich anfertigen, bitten wir dies bei deinem Kauf zu bedenken. Spezialanfertigungen sind generell vom Rückgaberecht ausgeschlossen, können im Einzelfall aber gerne eine Ausnahme von dieser Regelung machen.
Umtausch:
Wenn etwas nicht passt und ihr es umtauschen wollt, habt ihr dafür 2 Wochen Zeit uns dies mitzuteilen. Die Frist uns dies mitzuteilen, beginnt mit dem Erhalt der Ware.
Wenn der Fehler bei der Passform auf unserer Seite liegt, übernehmen wir selbstverständlich alle anfallenden zusätzlichen Versandkosten.
In allen anderen Fällen liegt die Zahlung aller zusätzlich anfallenden Versandkosten auf Seite des Kunden.
Rückgabe:
Bei bereits fertigen Produkten wie Einzelstücken, kannst du von deinem Kauf generell für 2 Wochen zurücktreten, solange der Artikel in einwandfreiem Zustand ist, und nicht weiter getragen wurde als du das hier bei uns im Laden hättest tun können.
Die Frist uns dies mitzuteilen hierfür liegt auch bei 2 Wochen nach Erhalt der Ware.
Die Übernahme der Versandkosten bei reinen Rückgaben liegen auf Kundenseite.
Im Falle einer Rückgabe wird der Kaufpreis abzüglich eventuell entstandener Kosten durch Gratisversand erstattet.
Im Falle einer Reklamation oder Umtausches, muss die Aufgabe der Rücksendung innerhalb von 7 Werktagen nach Mitteilung erfolgen. Rücksendungen bitte immer mit Sendungsverfolgung verschicken. Wir übernehmen keine Haftung für verschollene Sendungen.
Der Versand von unserer Seite erfolgt immer mit Sendungsverfolgung. Deutschlandweit versenden wir mit DHL und international mit Deutsche Post Warensendung.
Wenn du Expressversand wünschts teile uns dies einfach mit und wir kümmern uns darum. Zusätzliche Kosten liegen in diesem Fall natürlich auf deiner Seite.
Damit dein dir dein neuer Hut/Cap wirklich passt, messe deinen Kopf genau ab (an der breitesten Stelle über deinen Ohren), und gib noch etwa 0,5 cm mehr dazu.
