My order arrived damaged, what should I do?

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. We want all our customers to be happy with their purchases. If there is a problem, just let us know and we will try to find a solution. Please tell us about any damage within 7 days of receiving your order. We will send a replacement or reach another agreed resolution as soon as possible. Please keep all original packaging as we may ask for photographic evidence of the damage in order to pursue a claim with Royal Mail.
