If you receive a broken item or for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, just contact me within 7 days of delivery and ship items back to me within 14 days of delivery. If you want to get a refund, items must be unused, with undamaged labels and must be in original packaging. I will refund your purchase cost when I get the package you shipped. Also I need to mention that your money will be refunded using the same payment method that was used at the original transaction and I will not refund special shipping costs.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Please ensure you double check your address details at time of ordering, failure to do so may mean you have problems receiving your order.
Ships with track able shipping, so you can follow it all the way to you.
We ship using the Latvian Mail Company by registered mail with delivery confirmation.

Please note that the shipping time is just approximateand, there can be unpredictable custom holds. So please plan ahead and make your order a reasonable time before the item will be needed.
