Because all of my patterns are digital downloads, I am unable to accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. Please make your selection carefully.

Under the UK provisions of Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel this purchase within 14 days without giving any reason and receive a full refund. However by clicking the download button for the file(s) you have purchased within the 14 day cancellation period you expressly request that the digital content is made immediately available for you to download and agree that your right to cancel the purchase will be waived. This does not affect your other statutory rights.

Discount offered by any coupon codes are automatic, therefore I’m unable to apply any changes manually. Discount offered by the coupon code apply only to the items price, not the VAT. I reserve the right to suspend, cancel or modify the promotion(s) at any time (and for any reason) without notice.

Because all my patterns are digital instant download product, (this means the process is automatic and your files will be available immediately to download once payment is confirmed), you can download your patterns directly from your Etsy account as many times as you like, at any time.

However, after you have downloaded your pattern(s), please save them/make a backup copy - the risk of loss after purchase and loss of digital content, including loss due to computer or hard drive failure / mobile failure / etc., is the responsibility of the customer – and no compensation will be made.
