After dispatch, delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. UK orders posted by 2nd Class signed post generally take 2-5 business days to arrive. However, Royal Mail advise that orders can take up to 13 working days to arrive which due to unforeseen delays.

International orders - shipping varies depending on the proximity of your destination country, with orders generally taking 1-2 weeks to arrive. However, as above Royal Mail advises that orders can take up to 6 working weeks to arrive. Some parcels may be delayed at customs.

Although delays are not common, unfortunately these are completely out-with my control. If your order has not arrives after the advised time-frames above, please get in touch.

Orders are shipped with Royal Mail, with partner companies being used for international orders. Please see Royal Mail website for which partner courier is used within your country.

For UK orders:
All items come with 2nd class tracked signed for delivery and I am provided with delivery confirmation for all orders.

For international orders (everywhere excluding the UK):
All international orders are shipped with tracked postage to enable you to be updated on their journey. Please use Royal Mail's website to track as this is most up to date.

Earring Materials are silver and gold plated / toned nickel-free and lead-free.

All earrings are sold as 2 individual earrings to make a pair.

I am environmentally conscious and aim to be as eco-friendly as possible to prevent unnecessary waste from damaging our environment.

This means that all packaging supplies I use have either been made with recycled materials, are recyclable or re-purposed (i.e bubble wrap). The mailers I use to post items are now 100% recyclable.

The boxes, thank you cards and earring display cards are all made from card and cardboard and are recyclable.

Polylactic Acid (PLA) filament is a recyclable, natural thermoplastic polyester that is derived from renewable resources such as corn starch or sugar cane.

The filament is biodegradable under certain conditions with high heat capacity and high mechanical strength. It can be melted without significant damage and does not emit toxins or fumes.

Is it Environmentally Friendly?
PLA production uses 65% less energy than producing conventional plastics and generates 68% fewer greenhouse gases and contains no toxins. PLA is a plant-based, biodegradable plastic.

In order to promote the longevity of your new pieces, please read the following steps:

*Avoid contact solvents such as perfume, deodorant and hairspray etc.
*Remove articles whilst exercising, sleeping or showering as this can cause items to tarnish.
*Store jewellery separately to avoid scratches from other items.
*Avoid dropping, bending or using excessive force which can lead to damage.
*Avoid placing items in direct sunlight or intense heat as this may cause the shape to change.
*Wipe 3D printed items with a damp cloth to clean. Not suitable for dishwashers.

I am unable to accept returns for pierced earrings due to hygiene purposes as these are classed as intimate items. Bespoke, custom and made to measure items are also not returnable.

In order to arrange a return, buyers must contact me on Etsy, and post the item back within 14 days of delivery. In order for items to be returned, they need to be unworn (if applicable) and in their original condition.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value and items. Posting by Tracked mail is advised.

Etsy will send an email to advise when your order has been dispatched. Alternatively, you are able to view this on the 'Purchases' section within your Etsy account.

Bulk orders will require longer processing times.

Accessories are sent as Large Letters, by tracked post.

3D print orders depend on the quantity of items ordered. Obviously, the more you order, the heavier the parcel becomes. Postage on listings is calculated to reflect the anticipated cost. Any overages on postage are refunded once the item is posted and the price has been confirmed at the post office.

Unfortunately, there is no cheaper way to post and or to expedite the postal service
