FILE FORMAT OPTIONS:
When you've edited your template, you can choose from:

SIZING:
All invitations are sized 5x7 when cut. They will fit an A7 (5.25x7.25) envelope.

PRINTING:
You can print these invitations on any 8.5" x 11" card stock paper of your choice. For the most professional results, we recommend using heavy cardstock on a good quality color printer - NOTE: some home printers can only handle cardstock thickness of 60-80 lb cover and less - you'll want to check your printer's capabilities. You can print these on your own printer or office copy/print centers such as Staples®. Office Max®, Office Depot® any other professional print shop that accepts JPEG or PDF files.

COLOR: Every computer monitor is calibrated slightly differently, therefore displaying color differently. Things may look slightly different when printed, than they do on your screen because of this. We always recommend doing a test print first before printing your whole invitation run.

NOTE*: Glitter, foil or rustic kraft effects on certain designs are NOT REAL. They are high quality graphics and effects designed to print and LOOK like real glitter/foil or kraft. For designs with faux/digital glitter and foil, we recommend choosing GLOSS or SHIMMER cardstock for best results. For designs with faux kraft, we recommend MATTE cardstock.

Choose "digital file only" if you'd like us to prepare a file for you to use to print your invitations yourself. NOTE: These apply to our listings where WE prepare your digital files for you (we do now also offer many SELF editable templates as well). Envelopes are only included with printed invitations, NOT printable digital files.

DIGITAL FILE TURNAROUND: Print ready files are sent ASAP after you approve your proof (within shop hours - usually within 1 business day or sooner).

All invitations are typically (standard) size at 5x7 to fit an A7 envelopes. You will find that most print options will accommodate that size. We offer the following file setup options for 5x7:
- Single JPEG or PDF (no bleed)
- 1/8" or 1/4" Full Bleed File in JPEG or PDF (let us know if printing through an online printer, and which one)
- 2 UP – 2 cards per page (8.5"x11" or A4) in JPEG or PDF

Yes! We can edit all wording as necessary and can create your invitation for any type of event. Please take note of the spatial layout of the original design listing when choosing your wording. Wording that requires major layout changes to fit, may incur an additional design fee. If you are unsure of your wording, contact us via Etsy convo or email to discuss in advance.

I was so happy with the ease of editing the template for my needs, and Sasha replied immediately when I had a question. The only slightly disappointing thing was that the "kraft" color of the background actually printed out with a slightly darker greenish/brown tint, even at 2 different print places (UPS and Office Depot). I was hoping for the "brown paper bag" color. Luckily, I had a backup background color of mauve on a second template, which turned out beautifully.
