Can I request a custom order ?

A number of wall stickers have the option to add a personalised name/s or word/s and most also have numerous colour and size options to choose from. Completely custom orders and variations on existing designs are welcome, but will incur a minimum cost of £12.00+ depending on the time required to complete the custom artwork. Please contact me for more information.

Can I see artwork and sizes for personalised options ?

Some of our personalised wall stickers vary in size due to names and words taking up differing amounts of space in the design. If you would like to know what the actual size would be for your chosen design with personalised options please feel free to contact us, we will be happy to send you any custom artwork and sizes.

Are your stickers easy to apply ?

Yes, most of our wall stickers are are manufactured as one whole piece meaning that the application process is simple and hassle free. We also provide detailed step by step instructions with every order for you to follow. (Please leave at least 2 weeks after fresh paint has been applied before fitting any wall stickers)

Are your wall stickers removable ?

Yes, providing your wall surface and paint is sound behind the vinyl sticker, they can be removed by simply using your nail and carefully peeling each part away from the wall (nb. once removed it cannot be reused) As a caveat though, we cannot guarantee this, as every wall is different and there is no way of knowing how the paint surface will respond until the vinyl is removed.

Where can your sticker be applied ?

Our stickers can be applied to any smooth flat surface, including walls, ceilings, glass, doors and mirrors. Textured walls and heavily wipeable oil based paints are not a suitable surface to apply to. Tip: A good way of checking a surface before purchasing a wall sticker is to stick a piece of standard masking tape on it, generally if it sticks without any problems you should be good to go. If it peels away or falls off it is probably not suitable.

Custom and personalised orders

We don't accept returns due to the fact that every order is made to your own specific requirements and/or personalised options. However, if there is any problem with your order at all please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will always work with you to resolve any issues.

Do you accept returns ?

We only accept returns for damaged items or if the product is not as described in the product description ( photographic proof will need to be provided by the customer ). Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to return your item. Return must be made within 14 days of delivery. We will foot the cost for return under either of these circumstances. Please be aware that our wall stickers need to be applied to your chosen surface within 4 weeks of purchase, as we do not offer refunds or replacements after this time.

How do I apply your wall stickers

Our wall stickers are manufactured in three layers to be used as a transfer. The backing layer is silicone covered which keeps the middle vinyl sticker design clean and free from dust, then the application paper layer on the top is how the vinyl sticker is transferred to your chosen surface. So basically once you remove the backing paper your sticker is ready to be applied to the wall. You then use the free spreader included to flatten the whole sticker down using the application tape layer. Once that is removed you are left with your chosen wall sticker design. You will receive detailed step by step instructions, with helpful images, with your order so there is no need to worry ! They really are simple to apply ;0)

Important Information to Consider Before You Buy:

* Our Wall Stickers WILL NOT adhere to many silk, satin, washable or tough and durable paints, and are less likely to stick to walls with a paint roller texture. (The best surface to use is smooth with a matt paint finish)
* These forms of transfer sticker are removable but cannot be reused.
* Once received, apply the wall sticker within 4 weeks to avoid application issues. (After this time period we are unable to assist with any fitting problems)
* It is advised that you wait 2-3 weeks after repainting a wall before applying your wall sticker.

The quality of this product is amazing, it’s more impressive when it arrives and it’s on the wall than you think it may be. The colour I chose to as perfect and when it arrived it was very easy to apply to the wall. Mathew the seller made great communication throughout. I highly recommend Mathew and his products.
