New York's Desi Food Truck is Manhattan's very first Indian food truck. The Met Life Building in Madison Square Park is the background.
Photo collage prints of New York City's Food Trucks transformed into postage stamps by visual artist Laperruque.
All prints come with mat and frame. Each of the larger size prints is signed by the artist. Prints come in three frame sizes; 4"x6" (10.16cm x 15.24cm) for $15, 5"x7" (12.7cm x 17.78cm) for $25.00 or 8"x10" (20.32cm x 25.4cm ) $45.00 Prints feature one of over 40 Food Trucks that Laperruque has photographed and will continue adding to his image library.
Images incorporate complications in six different critical areas of the composition; The Food Truck, foreground, background (different NYC iconic buildings or monuments), type, stamp edges (scanned from actual stamps) and background. All photography and image construction are done by the artist.
** Please note these are not actual stamps, they are photographs that have been digitally assembled and then printed using traditional technology to create silver halide prints. File# 010_NYC_Desi Indian_002_DSC00370_8x10_Green
