I typically prepare and ship orders within 1–5 days. However, during periods of high order volume, processing may take up to 1–2 weeks. Most of my stickers are made to order with customizable color combinations, which means each sheet is printed and cut specifically for you.

Where’s My Tracking Number?

If you’re ordering from the USA and the Netherlands, tracking is automatically included and will be sent with your shipping notification. For all other countries, tracking can be added at checkout for an additional €2.50. Orders over approximately €75 include complimentary tracking.

I’ve Waited Over 8 Weeks for My Order, and It Hasn’t Arrived Yet. What Should I Do?

There are several possible reasons for delays, such as customs processing or the order being returned to me. If your order hasn’t arrived after 8 weeks, please get in touch, and I’ll do everything I can to help resolve the issue.

How Long is Your Shipping Time?

Delivery times vary depending on location, customs processing, and local postal services. Based on past orders, estimated shipping times are: Europe: 1–2 weeks North America: 1–3 weeks South America, Asia, Middle East: 2–4 weeks Tracked Orders: Adding tracking may reduce shipping time by several days to a week, depending on your destination.

Do I have to pay customs or duties when ordering from the USA?

No, you won’t be charged any additional customs or import fees when your order arrives in the USA. I now ship using a duty pre-paid service, which means all customs duties and processing fees are already included in the shipping price you pay at checkout. Your package will be delivered by USPS with no surprise fees on arrival. If you ever have questions about your order or shipping, feel free to reach out!

Do you ship to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Guam or the US Virgin Islands?

Unfortunately I cannot at the stated shipping price. I'm unable to add custom shipping prices for individual States. A €30.00 surcharge is imposed by my courier - if you wish to cover it, please let me know!
