How is my item posted?

Larger items are sent Royal Mail 2nd class. All charms are sent 1st class, lockets are sent 1st signed for. Please allow up to 10 working days for items to arrive. Please consider national holidays, eg bank holidays, Christmas etc and note that delivery may take a bit longer during these times.

I have an issue with my item

If the item you receive is significantly different to how the images portray it, is broken, or does not do what it is designed to do, please contact me so that we can work out a solution. I will not accept returns if the breakage is due to negligent treatment (i.e dropping an item or any other behavior that would constitute unfair wear and tear). Photo charms and personalised backgrounds are non returnable due to their personalised nature. That said, If there are any problems with an order I will do my very best to resolve them quickly, just contact me to let me know how I can help you.

I haven't received my item

Should your item not arrive after 10 working days please contact me so that i can investigate the loss with Royal Mail. Claims for loss must be made within 70 calendar days from date of posting.

Floating charms are very small and can be a choking hazard. Please keep away from infants and toddlers. Also please take this into consideration when ordering floating lockets and charms for a child of any age. Floating lockets are not recommended for children under 7 years.

How do I return an item?

I am happy to accept returns provided they are not damaged or broken. Please contact me to arrange a return. *****Overseas Customers**** Please mark your item as A RETURN on the customs label/envelope. Any fees incured by myself due to this not being done will be deducted from the refund.

The small heart cremation urn measures 10mm and comes as either a cremation pendant on a 50cm snake charm or on a silver lobster clasp that can be easily attached to your favourite piece of jewellery.

Made from stainless steel with a shiny appearance.

Included are instructions on how to open and fill the urn with a small amount of ashes and a small funnel is also included.

Please note that i am unable to personalise the cremation jewellery.
