I do make personalised items and commissions. Production time will vary depending on the size of the project but generally it will take 2 weeks. This will be confirmed when taking the commission details.

Full payment for the commission will be required before I can start your artwork. Refunds are not accepted on bespoke, commissions or personalised orders.

All art framed art work is sent in foam wrapped boxes to make the delivery as safe as possible. Postage is signed for. If you require a special postage option please contact me to discuss

I will gift wrap items for you on request and can also make personalised cards and tags for you. Get in touch for prices.

All art work is an original painting and therefore should be displayed in a dry (not too warm) area out of direct sunlight or this may change the colour and quality of the piece. Refunds or exchanges are not accepted o damaged items due to the above issues

If hanging from the wall it is your responsibility to ensure it's hung safely. If any damages occur due to poor mounting, refunds or exchanges are not accepted.

I'm based in the UK but I do ship worldwide, so when ordering please make sure to factor in enough time to allow for airmail delays along with processing times (time it takes me to make your item ). Especially when ordering around holidays and busy periods.
