Just Magnificent! This is one of my all time Favorite Dresses. None other than a 1950 'Alix of Miami' Sweetheart Rhinestone Abstract Halter Dancing Dress! The entire dress has the prong set rhinestones all throughout. The bodice inside is lined with a cotton fabric and darted, it also has elastic that gathers to expand in the back. My model is petite and small busted probably around a B Cup, we did have her wear a padded bra to fill out the darted cups but this dress fits me and I'm a DD Cup (no bra needed). It has a back zipper and detachable halter. There are two original crystal encased buttons on the halter. There are two dark marks next to one of the buttons on the fabric, I did take pictures, but you will see how almost invisible it is. The inside does have some discoloring as it is an off-white cotton fabric. I have not had it dry cleaned but I would bet they can get it removed as I have seen this on other items I've owned, and it came out. Since it will not be mine, I did not want to try it. The fabric almost looks three dimensional as it appears to have cord running all around almost like boomerangs throughout. This dress has lots of give in the bust area and wears very comfortably. The size says a 12, but in today's world it is more like a size 8 or 10. Please review the dimensions carefully below. Bonus~ there are pockets on each side of the skirt, enough to carry your lipstick! You could wear a Crinoline underneath if you really want it to flare.

Front: Highest area on bust to waist: 11 1/2"
Across Bust: 35"
Halter each side from Top of Sweetheart edge 12"
Waist: 29"
Hips: Free (Bottom of Dress at the widest): 43 3/4"
