File a lost package claim with USPS. All items are shipped with USPS as Ground Advantage or Priority mail and have insurance.

Tracking says delivered but I never received the item.

Contact your local USPS office and file a claim with them. They can talk to your mail carrier about the delivery. No refunds are given for stolen packages. Please file a police report with your local station. Packages are insured with USPS and a refund will be given when USPS reimburses for lost package.

How to download a digital item?

The download link is given on the confirmation page once the payment is processed. You can also find the link in your Order History which can be located by clicking on your profile picture and then clicking on Purchases and Reviews. Digital items are not mailed or emailed to you. The links are within the Etsy platform. It is also best to create a login and profile so you can access your digital items at later dates.

Custom and personalized orders

Most items I create can be custom made such as a different color of the fabric. If you wish to order something, please message me so we can discuss options. I have lots of fabrics to choose from, so let me know what color or theme you would like and I will send pictures of what I have or can get online. Custom order processing time will vary. Price may also vary from the listing prices in my shop.

Custom and personalized orders

A few items can be personalized after it is made, but most cannot without affecting the aesthetics of the item. If you wish for something personalized, message me and we can create a special order and make a new item for you. I have an embroidery machine, so names or short sayings are possible for some items.

Wholesale availability

All of the items I make take the same amount of time and materials per item even if I make 1 or 100. So, there is no special pricing for wholesale items. There is a shipping discount on orders over $35.

Custom order pricing is determined by the cost of materials, the time it takes to make it and the custom request being made. Custom order prices may differ from other items like those listed in my shop. Items already made and listed in my shop, or items on sale, are priced for that item only. If an item is on sale and you wish to have one custom made such as a different color, the sale price does not carry through to the custom order.

Some items have special care instructions such as all of the Microwave items. Please read the care instructions before use or cleaning. I am not liable for any mishaps due to improper use or care of items and no refund will be issued. Care instructions can be found on the description portion for each item and some come with instructions.

Shipping taking longer than estimated

I ship items within 1-2 days. Shipping can be delayed while the items are traveling from my home to yours, especially during the holiday season. No refund for shipping is given for late packages until USPS refunds shipping fees. Shipping estimate dates are estimates only and do not count for weather, handler mistakes, or holiday shipping delays. If an item is delayed, a lost package claim can be filed.
